RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, our classes are non-refundable.

We are passionate about creating the perfect learning atmosphere for our students. Due to our small class sizes, transferring your booking to a different date is very difficult. If you can not attend a class, notify Stephanie at least two weeks before the class starts so she can fit you in on another date, which commences after six weeks, but this is not guaranteed. Please give Stephanie as much notice as possible to increase your chances.

If a class is forced to cancel, Stephanie will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or swap your booking to another suitable date.
